“Seddon” is a chic, 1-bedroom apartment situated in the centre of Seddon village, on Charles Street.  It is only a 10 minute train ride to Melbourne’s CBD and you can walk to the train station in 10 – 15 minutes.  Seddon Village with its shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarket is a 2 minute walk.  “Seddon” is a ground floor apartment, at the back of the complex, with no one above you.  It’s private, peaceful and quiet.  Your car park spot is right outside your door.

“Seddon” has a full kitchen with a large fridge and all you need for cooking meals (no dishwasher).  The bedroom has a queen bed, spacious wardrobe and we provide quality linen for your stay (for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen).  The living and dining area is open plan, small and compact. The bathroom has an updated shower, separate toilet and vanity.  There is not washing machine but there are laundrettes close by.

Large Screen TV, with APPLE attached and NETFLIX included. We have an extensive movie and TV collection on APPLE which you can enjoy, and NETFLIX, which is all streaming via NBN, (National Broadband Network) AKA fastest Internet connection.
